The types of therapy include:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy–CBT

A short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. Its goal is to change patterns of thought or behavior that are behind people’s difficulties, therefore alter the way they feel.

Hypnotherapy

A form of complementary therapy that utilizes the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to thoughts, feelings and behavior.

The process itself aims to alter the state of consciousness in a way that relaxes the conscious part of the mind while simultaneously stimulating and focusing the subconscious part. This heightened state of awareness allows the therapist to make appropriate suggestions.

Teaching Self Hypnosis

A process of hypnosis which is self-induced, and normally makes use of self-suggestion. Self-hypnosis can make a person more productive than normal.

Healing Through Breath-work

Unlocking the healing power of breath to get a holistic Mind Body Soul detox experience. Changing how we are breathing can relax the body, help our mind focus, change our emotional state and reduce the impact of stress. Healing through breathing can foster the self-healing powers of our body.
